VSIP III Binh Duong Industrial Park Master Plan

Building on the proven success of the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), a world-class industrial development established through a strategic partnership between the governments of Vietnam and Singapore, the VSIP III Binh Duong Industrial Park Master Plan is envisioned as a high-tech industrial project within the Southern Key Economic Region. Guided by a modular approach, the master plan provides flexible and efficient industrial configurations to meet diverse market demands and regulatory requirements, with approximately 70% of the site allocated for industrial use to achieve high land utilisation while accommodating up to 300 ready-built factories of varying types.

Spatially, a rational grid-based layout facilitates the efficient delivery of infrastructure, utilities, communication networks and smart technologies throughout the area. This grid framework ensures compliance with fire safety and emergency access standards. It is complemented by the proposed dual-purpose road system to optimise land use, with designated areas serving as both recreational and parking spaces. Designed with employee wellbeing in mind, the master plan incorporates amenities, parks, convenience facilities and mixed-use developments within the town centre to provide a diverse and comprehensive environment for work and daily lifestyle demands. The development also features low site coverage, extensive landscaping and green spaces to create a healthy and environmentally responsive workplace. Sustainability measures such as the integration of solar energy systems and green building materials further support its sustainability goals. Complying with relevant planning requirements, the master plan establishes a cohesive, modern, and innovative industrial environment that generates long-term value for Binh Duong.
